Will Hathaway
I'm an executive, entrepreneur, and founder. Sports media first, then advertising technology, and now trying to solve clean drinking water.
The short version: at 19 I ran Woody Paige's website (it lasted about a year; I learned a lot). Then PR for the Denver Broncos during the Peyton Manning years. Then a one-way ticket to Barcelona, where I joined a founder starting an advertising technology company. That turned into a decade-plus in adtech, most of it helping build an online video platform for publishers into a nine-figure business, working with everyone from News Corp, Gannett, Hearst, and Dotdash Meredith down to local newsrooms. Both my parents are local journalists, so the deals I cared about most got small publishers the same video technology the giants used, at better rates, with the money going back into reporting.
Now I'm the founder and CEO of a water filtration company, based in Miami. The pitcher in your fridge has barely changed in decades, and what's in tap water (PFAS, microplastics, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, heavy metals) has. So I'm building the thing I wanted to buy: glass and stainless steel, modern filtration, no plastic sitting between you and your water. The longer story is on the About page.
This site is where I keep my writing, the books I've read, the advice I've collected, and a few other notes I want to remember.
