Will is a lifelong resident of Washtenaw County, born and raised in Ann Arbor. In 1996 Will moved to Scio Township, where he now lives with his wife, Paula, and two college age daughters, Rita and Rosemary. Will received his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University, his master’s in Urban & Environmental Policy from Tufts University, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.

I became involved in the township through my interest in protecting the environment.

Experienced Leadership

Will has served in a number of administrative positions in government, public education and non-profit organizations. He currently works in property management in addition to his position as Scio Township Supervisor.

Prior to being elected Supervisor, Will served on multiple Scio Township committees and commissions including the Planning Commission (2011-2020), Master Plan Implementation Committee (2015-2018), Parks Advisory Board (2016-2020), Transportation Alternatives Planning Committee (2017-2020), and the Master Plan Steering Committee (2019-2020).

I want to ensure that we provide for a diverse community where everyone has access to the wonderful resources that make Scio such a great place.
